Officer - Policy, MIS & Analytics (Temporary), Credit & Collection. Retail & Small Business Risk The City Bank Limited.

Job Description / Responsibility
  • This role is primarily responsible for providing accurate and timely Management Information to both external and internal customers in comprehensive and meaningful format to take correct decision of the portfolio against established operating standard and budget during approval and initial credit assessment, account maintenance, collection and recovery.
  • Maintain customer?s database applied for loan or cards and file allocation
  • Generate various reports and management information for management and other stakeholder and ensure data integrity of the MIS database
  • Application distribution to third party agency for verification
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers to ensure smooth service and maintain high service standard
  • Maintain fraud & blacklist customer database along with CIB report to ensure prudent lending

Educational Requirements
    A good academic background (Masters Degree preferably in business discipline major in Finance/ Accounting/ MIS/ Bank Management).
Additional Job Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Good presentation skill, prepare reports with graphs, reasoning etc.
  • Must be highly PC-literate with an emphasis on Microsoft Office suits.
