Job Key Points
    Ensure development and implementation of HR policies, compliance and procedure to support and companies business objectives in accordance with legal perspective.
Job Description / Responsibility
  • Introduce Provident fund, Gratuity Fund, Group Insurance, etc.
  • Having experience of modern management methods and techniques.
  • Maintain regular Attendance & Leave management, Ensure HR & Compliance activities over all head office and Branch Office.
  • Having knowledge about management procedure of Recruitment, Transfer, Promotion, Increment, Confirmation, Pay Scale, Show Cause, Termination, Compensation, benefit and Dismissal functions.
  • Details knowledge on performance management and annual/half yearly HR evaluation process.
  • Having a good presentation skill.
  • Perform special assignments as per management requirement.

    Post-graduation in HRM from any Public University/ Reputed Private University.
Experience Requirements
    3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
  • 3 to 5 year(s) experience in Human Resource Division from any financial organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, Communication and motivation skills.
  • Must have good proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Must know the computer office package.
  • Must be honest, confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic and has the willingness to work in a team under any situation.
